During more than twenty-five years as a commercial real estate broker, consultant and advisor, Mark Levin has focused on contributing to the successful growth of the many companies he has represented.

As Vice President of the Voit Real Estate Services - Cypress Food Group, Mark's primary business objective is to provide his clients with the most insightful, informed and skilled representation possible in all of the various aspects of often complex commercial real estate transactions.

Mark has a very thorough understanding of how critical the decision of where to locate a new manufacturing or distribution facility can be to a company's future. During the site selection process, he will often take into account what a company's facilities requirements might be with 5, 10 or even 20 years of sustained growth. 

Over a period of almost three decades in the commercial real estate industry, Mark has had extensive experience in the site selection process, the design and construction of commercial real estate facilities, the entitlement process in multiple jurisdictions and governmental incentive negotiations. During his career, he has completed almost four million square feet of commercial real estate leases and more than $585 million of commercial real estate sales transactions.

Mark is proud to have represented the real estate interests of Amy's Kitchen since 1993, and has assisted Amy's as its real estate facilities have grown from a few small warehouses to now include a 105,000 sf frozen food plant in Northern California,  a 350,000 sf frozen food plant in Oregon, a 75,000 sf food plant in the UK and a recently acquired 125,000 sf frozen food plant in South Carolina.

Prior to joining Voit Real Estate Services, Mark owned and operated commercial real estate brokerage, development and advisory companies in the San Franciso Bay Area and Chicago.
